The hotel is located within 30 minutes of the airport. Also, it is easy to get into the freeways if you are going anywhere in Jakarta. That's very good. The hotel staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. Only issue I've had is with the rooms. This is my second time staying here and somehow the room selection seems to be messed up. Also on this 訂房網站, they gave ,e the wrong wifi password. I had checked into the room and freshened up before realising that I could not access the wifi. The room phone was not working. So had to ge dressed all over again and go down to inform them. The hotel could have easily checked to ensure everything is in good order before the guest checks in.

這次預訂 由於航班延誤 以致無法正常入住。協商後還是無法辦理取消。 挺失望的。 希望酒店能人性化管理，針對多次入住的客戶。

They dont provide water for you. Normally all rooms come with 2 bottle of complimentatry water, but this hotel no. If you stay at low level, the noise of the busy room might make you uneasy. lobby coffee bill unable to bill to room... dont understand why. super hot at lobby. no nearby cafe, need to walk about 10mins to a proper one near the mall.

Spacious room! Great location! Walking distance to Puri indah mall, plenty of space for parking if you are driving. Service was great except the hostess at the restaurant on a night shift (not well trained and not attentive) For food options, with 2mins walk you will have many options from restaurant to local street foods. Overall a pleasant stay. Love the bed, very comfortable, had great sleep everynight

Mungkin ke depan perlu penyemprotan pewangi ruangan lebih intense karena ruangan kmrn ada bau rokok padahal Kamar yg kita pesan NonSmoking Room, lantai 2 Namun petugas sudah membawakan pengharum ruangan
