단점 건물 자체는 오래되고 쾌쾌한 냄새가 난다 화장실 문도 내려앉아서 잘 안닫김 클럽룸인데 저층 받아서 컨플레인하니 비로 고층으로 올려준다 냄새는 여전하다 장점 친절한 직원들 격식있게 대한다 리치칼튼 브랜드에 맞게 트레이닝 받은 듯 하다 한명만 빼고 클럽 라운지에 나이든 여자가 있는데 지금까지 다녀본 라운지 중 불편한 사람은 처음이다 서양 남자들에게 약간의 플러팅 애교 부리며 난감해 하는 사람을 본적이 있다

一次極其完美的入住體驗！房間很大很寬敞、佈局也非常合理，頂層Club視野很好，一整天提供的餐食也很豐富。所有工作人員的服務都非常好，體貼入微，真正做到了賓至如歸，前台因為入住晚主動提出要不要晚一點退房，種種服務細節都非常感動。非常推薦！

Visit with  a pax of two. Pictures online show there should be a long sofa in the room for a huge party to sit but when we arrived in our room there was only one small sofa so the other person needed to sit on the floor. We then called the housekeeping and the guy bluntly said: "Yes, your other pax needs to sit on the floor.." what a POLITE answer to a Ritz Carlton guest. We got enraged and approached the service manager and she claimed it's the NEW standard of the room ....  Apart from this sofa incident, room is a little outdated. We got some nails and dirts as GIFTS from previous guest(s) before us. TWG teas downgraded to Twinings .... amenity kits reduced from shower caps, cotton buds, handcream etc into just shampoo and shower gels ... and they all look cheap. RITZ CARLTON JAKARTA WELCOMES YOU
