Got a bad encounter with an annoying lady who murmured about the long queue self service laundry and shouted at other hotel guests. But the front desk manager handle the case well after launch a complaint about her manners problem. Without this lady my stay here will be perfect.

Ini pertama kalinya saya menginap di Morrisey hotel, Lokasi strategis. kamarnya nyaman, Amenities bagus, breakfast banyak jenisnya, staff semua ramah, Fasilitas lumayan lengkap. Pool ada di lt 6, ada tenis meja, dan ada alat fitness, lumayan lah anak saya berenang dan saya pakai treadmill. Saya banyak ngobrol dengan Mas Aldy di bagian Recreation beliau ramah banget. Terima kasih Morrisey dan khususnya Mas Aldy, semoga kalian selalu sehat. Hotelnya Dekat ke tempat makan di Jl. Sabang, dekat Sarinah juga, oh iya minggu pagi saya bisa jalan pagi juga di Car Freeday Thamrin - Sudirman kebetulan ada acara parade kebaya. Happy dech Pokoknya... Salam Hotelier untuk semua staff Morrisey.

I like the area, its quiet and at night you can just walk to find coffee and lots of street food. The hotel itself is just nice, not too busy, with many interesting spot for pictures. The service is great, all staff are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the rate is very reasonable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Even though there's still renovation. But it didn't bother us at all. My suggestion is please add more variety in their breakfast menu.

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options. Other than that, the bed and pillows are quite firm, too firm for my liking. The rooms are old and could need a proper deep cleaning. The couch and bench were full of stains and quite dirty. Wifi worked well, and the hotel Had plenty of restaurants nearby.
