非常滿意的一次體驗，酒店乾淨衞生，服務周到，面積巨大，套房的感受確實無與倫比，超出預期。酒店安排的是不臨街的那邊，免受了雅加達轟鳴的摩託聲。半夜發現有一盞掛在衣櫃上的小夜燈怎麼都關不掉，叫了客服，直接搬著梯子和老虎鉗，喀嚓把電線斷掉。解決問題的高效值得點贊。比較好奇，老外點著這盞燈怎麼睡覺的。非常好的酒店，乾淨衞生，空間大，下次來了還住。

Ada kecoa di dalam kamar mandi. Tapi saya suka pelayannnya, special req saya dipenuhi. Hanya saja untuk barang2 seperti makanan yang pesan diluar harus ambil.di basemen, tidak bisa minta tlg dibawakan.

Location: Everywhere in Jakarta is busy hence no matter the location it would be busy. From where the hotel is, with jam, its 1 hour to the airport. Cleanliness: The hotel is extremely clean. The bathroom is huge and luxurious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room size spacious and everything works well! Staff: There wasn’t much conversation nor request from us as we are easy travellers. But the receptionist was polite and kind during our check in/out. Not much issue.

The room was good, clean and the place very strategic. We give 3 star for the facilities since the AC very hot until the engineer fixed it. The wifi also needed to fix, to make it more faster network, and very sorry since they dont provide the refrigerator (only coolbar).

When im check in the room is clean however i found House lizard dead in the room, tha hot water in the bathtub is not working also but the staff was quick for taking action. The room is quite noisy since the room is facing to front side.
