I booked 2 double rooms and paid the full advance . I confirmed with Mr. jamshed on 4th Feb for our booking on 10th Feb saying that we will reach jaisalmer and can check in only after 11 pm as we are coming from jaipur. Mr. jamshed said no problem madam..u can come at 2 am also and we will do check in. we called Mr. jamshed again on 10th around 10.30 pm saying we will reach by midnight and to our utter surprise he had not kept our reservation even though it was a prepaid booking. we booked this hotel for fort view and paid extra for those rooms and we were sent to another basic hotel nearby called Vasudev Nivas and no fort view was given. we were not even offered a refund for the excess amount we paid for the fort view. no breakfast/ restaurant was available at vasudev nivas. not much hot water for bath either but beds were comfortable and we were too tired to argue after travelling for over 17 hours. as compensation next morning we were invited for tea/coffee to their hotel and restaurant which we denied because that's not even close to what we paid for the fort view rooms. complete waste of money. I was going to book amazing desert camp safari for our desert stay..luckily I didn't book else there also we would've got something lower than what we paid for..very sad experience..

my stay at the hotel was very memorable and staff members are very helpful and kind by nature. it is price friendly stay

The location is near the Fort and the room is quite good . overall experience is so good and staffs are so polite.

Overpriced for service provided...Good service by staff but location not good and parking not available. The rooms and bathroom were clean but didn't seem quite safe at night.

This property don't have lift and the stairs are not senior friendly. The staff is just one person managing this property and managing it poorly. won't recommend for family and business travel. solo travel is ok.
