Stay was fine! we thought we will get basic amenities such as soap, handwash and other stuff ! but we had to ask in counter! we got interrupted multiple times when we were sleeping! rest staffs were friendly

Best place to stay in hotel at Jaisalmer. They arrange taxis and provide Sam Sand dune desert safaris at reasonable rates.

Not a good experience. The bed sheet is dirty and pillow cover also not clean. if you want to stay then don't expect too much but to keep your bags it's a good option because its near Jaisalmer fort and railway station.

It was a very good stay at payal hotel. The behaviour of all the staffs are very good and polite. Even at late night they waited for me to check in and i did not need to kick the door. Recommended.

We are enjoying our time at hotel payal very much. The rooms, restrooms, and public areas are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally nice, courteous, professional, and customer-friendly. Even the restaurant's food and service are excellent. All of the rooms are exquisitely designed, and the staff makes every effort to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience.
