the hotel has different varieties of rooms some are well maintained while others are not. Didn't tried food, all major spots are at half hours' drive.

Don't book room without personal inspection. They allotted room which was under renovation and dust all over. Very poor room amenities. No room heater provided, no extra blanket made available.

Room was having damaged furnitures, bathroom fittings and tiles. Room was very shabby and unhygienic. No towels were provided for hours. Food taste was horrible. Guests behaviour and response was very slow and full of arrogance. I will never recommend anyone to stay there.

1. Cigrate smelled in both room 2. Not proper towels 3. At time of breakfast no proper arrangement like cleaning of table tissue paper missing

1) Room was not as per the pics shown, if you want me to rate the room it was 2 star out of 10. Actually these things disappoints us when we are paying a good amount of money for a room where we are expecting good vibes but actually getting nothing. 2) Room service was also not good, if we were asking for anything it was taking a lot of time , we had dinner in the room and asked the room to be cleaned before we go for sleep so that food odour should not be there in the night, it was not cleaned even after multiple calls and then we ourselves placed the stuff outside the room. 3) Bed-sheet was also not clean it was having some stains not sure of what 🙃 but three bedsheets were changed but each and every bedsheet was having some stuff.
