Front desk staffs are horrible during check in / check out and whenever approach to them for some information. Location is not convenient. Noisy from traffic until midnight. Overall, will not recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Jaipur.

This review is really about the staff, especially Diksha.  She made our stay very memorable. The hotel is comfortable if not a bit loud because of the outside traffic noise.  The fitness center is great but the pool is very small. The food is wonderful and dining services very attentive.  Diksha is called Chatterbox because of her effusive personality.  She always is smiling and her attention made us feel very special.

It's a nice hotel in general. However, my room was facing a main road... when you face the main road in India - it starts getting noisy in very early in the morning. Other than that, I have nothing negative about the hotel.

Nice rooms, ok location but the service of some staff is laughable. Many really trying but seems the ones organising the show are a bit fawlty towers / chuckle brothers. If you can be patient and just laugh at the absurdity it works fine.
