I booked this hotel because of bathtub but condition of bathtub was so bad. Rooms were smelly. Staff were helpful and polite. Room service was very good.

TV is not working in room and hot water / Grisar is also not working I have informed to front office but they have not take a serious about it. Night shift person is busy for his sleeping but not rectify my problem.

It was nice stay with hotel om, there were less veriet in food but was tasty and fresh, the only issue is at service end, poor service, no one is caring, you have water in room or not, they commit every time for 2 min but you will not get service in 3-4 calls normally, location is awesome
