We got an old room first but then they changed it once we informed the staff. The staff was polite especially at the lounge section on the top floor. Overall the stay was good given the decent pricing.

We had a very comfortable stay. Parking is right in front of the property and there is a rooftop restaurant as well with live music. Room was clean and spacious.

Very Bad experience with this stay in jaipur because we face lots of problem and issue with no weter available in Shower and Toilet , No water available for drinking, security gurd miss behaviour in evening with parking i have video for that time they have internal problem with manager and Very bad service

The stay was good, we stayed for 2 days and the room was quite spacious, washrooms were clean. A little delay was seen in room service but it’s manageable. We had a train in late evening so we asked them to keep our luggage while we explore market. They were really nice and helpful in this case. Our luggage were safe. I will highly recommend staying at this place as staff is really nice and welcoming.

Property was good, neat and clean. Staff was polite, food was yymmy. Location was. Ot that good since it was on inner side and evening barbeque at rooftop was noisy and late night music could be a problem for some of the tourists.

The hotel is in a great position that is quiet. The staff were polite but not as welcoming and friendly as i've experienced elsewhere. The room was fine, but could do with a freshener up. I had to ask twice for them to deliver toilet paper as none was in the room when i arrived. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace and the space needed a good clean. The cafe attached to the hotel is excellent.
