Our stay was okeyish, although the air conditioning in our initial room was not functioning properly. After requesting a change, we were given a more suitable room. However, the elevator was intermittently out of service, causing some inconvenience for my mother, who has a slipped disc and had to use the stairs twice. The bedsheet was also not perfectly clean. Parking was somewhat limited. The location was convenient, being near Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal. The staff were kind and helpful.

staff was fine, rooms very of avg quality but the wifi wasnt working despite telling multiple times the issue wasn't resolved at all... experience of travelling with family

Basic amenities were not available. Leakage of water, stain on beetsheet and curtains, bedsheet was torn, no dustbin, mug and bucket was broken, and many more. Overall experience was pathetic, and I will not recommend anyone to stay there.
