There was no proper water supply in the bathrooms of the hotel. The AC was not working properly. The fan was also not working properly and no facility was provided by the reception.

The hotel is a total flop. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the worst in my experience. The food is unhygienic, the services are delayed, and there are no bare minimum facilities provided.

Jaipur Legacy – A fine hotel that offers excellent services and takes good care of its guests' needs and requirements. Ample parking space is available both inside the premises and outside. Security is also commendable. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff — from room service to reception, and from the restaurant team to the housekeeping staff.

Very nice hotel and cordial staff in Jaipur. The location is good, easy to find Hotel and the rooms were clean.

location for the property is very good. it's very reachable and on wider road. food quality is upto the mark. service wise they are quick and polite. just they need to on preparing the room before guest arrives. lots of basic things were missing in the room which they provide immediately after reporting.

Staff at Jaipur legacy misbehaved with us , not at all safe place for stay for womens . I was never expecting this service , pls stop taking services from them.
