The property staff are little rude. Got a call for payment settlement at 2:00Am which very unlikely and disturbing. The bathroom has leaking water problem. The shower was also not working properly.

Poor in terms of services. Bathroom shower was not working. Wifi not available in rooms. TV only work if you want to watch, replacing set topbox from one room to another.

It was a terrible experience actually. There’s some kind of smell in the room all the time because of the poor maintenance and cleaning

Downgrade my room. Services are very bad. The TV is not working. Phone not working smell in all the room. No one cleaned the room. No any one is available time for early checkout.

When I visit the hotel gate no one come gate after we take our luggage self to reception after that we ask for room booking they take give us room 312 room number , room condition is very very poor, smell like terrible, bed sheet dirty, no extra bed for kids , very uncomfortable whole nights

Room no. 303 bathroom me shower kharab tha same issue with light kharab call krne ke baad bhi koi responce nhi

The stay was a hectic at first as, the intercom was not working so had to call myself to give the order to the restaurant, as well as the property was not well maintained, there were stains on the couch and footrest. They even had the bed making noises. No warm water supplies were there, food taste was good but was over priced. I have no image
