I specifically asked n mentioned non smoking room but in the washroom somebody did smoke pretty obviously ..so i complained n coz the smell doesn't easily go so i asked for a room change. They just sprayed room freshener as if that will make it go. So ya had to manage with that smelly washroom. Hung room cleaning tag but no show for hrs then had to personally go n ask for that. Room was ok.. location is excellent n that was the only thing i liked abt it. N yes they do gave us early check in as well.

The listing states room with bathtub. However the bathroom didn't have one. Moreover the air-conditioning was being regulated via a fan regulator. Certainly not at par with the quality of Sarovar group .

For a regular user you are inflating the price and the showing discount on that amount by giving coupons where as in on other sites the price is much cheaper.

Hotel was not clean and comfortable as expected, it’s a old property in a new brand . It should have been more comfortable in terms of bedding’s and towels, toiletries etc
