Overall staff behaviour was good, food was also good, terrace club was fine but room size is small. I would say "an average hotel with average budget" for stay.

Room ws dark no proper lighting, even in daytime it ws dark staff is cooperative n try to provide whatever they can. Basic amenities missing lk kettle, cup tea peroration items. Cleanliness was not upto mark. Didn’t like it at all

Stay was pleasant. Perfectly located in the middle of city. All attractions are located nearby. This property itself has lounge on the rooftop.

It was good stay at this price. Staff was humble and quick the room service was very good. Bathroom & bedroom all were clean

The hotel was good. But the issue was of services most of the points mentioned are not provided.1.Complementary Mineral water not provided(mentioned over.2.Set top box available but not recharged. Even though it's being asked to receptionist, but not done by them.3.For cleaning keys were handed over to them, but when we returned it was untidy.4.Twice the same thing told to receptionist then house keeping staff came. It was awkward that while we were in the room housekeeping team was working.
