Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

I booked for one more day so I  instead of 1-4 march , we added march 5 also. We paid for it,in 2 blocks .. March 1-4 & march 5 ,  got a voucher but the front desk lady G, Pandaya refused to honour it and asked us to check out on the 4 th. She was extremely rude. She said it was a spam. When l showed the proof she still refused to honour it.  Will not suggest staying at Clark’s amber.

I had a booking for an extra day of my stay of 7 days. 6 days booked together and then one more day added on. It was done through 訂房網站s.com. I was charged for all 7 days ( paid in usd )but Clark’s amber refused to let me stay the 7th day. The front desk lady  Gosmyan panday said she doesn’t have a voucher & it’s a scam booking. She refused to honour it. She was very rude. I had to move to another hotel for 1 day .  Would never book at Clark’s amber again.
