I had a great experience at Hitel De Nada. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to local spots but still quiet. The food was delicious with a good variety, especially at breakfast. Amenities like the gym, pool, and spa were clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. I felt like I was bothering them every time I asked a simple question. No smiles, no greetings—just cold, unfriendly attitudes. To make things worse, they even charged for bottled water in the room, which felt petty and cheap for a hotel in this price range. The hotel itself was okay, but the unwelcoming staff and extra charges made the experience unpleasant. I definitely won’t be coming back.
