蓋茨比酒店齊普爾 (Hotel Gatsby)

I booked a two-day family 訂房網站 through 訂房網站. My booking included breakfast for both days for 2 adults and 1 child. When I reached the hotel, they told me their kitchen was not working, so they could not provide breakfast. However, online it was mentioned that all these services were included in the hotel. I paid the full amount to Hotel Gatsby and stayed for two days, but I did not receive any breakfast. The hotel also did not provide basic items like toothpaste or other basic amenities, so I had to buy them from outside. Also, the bathroom was not hygienic. Overall, my two-day stay was very bad and disappointing. I am not sure if 訂房網站 will refund the extra amount charged for breakfast for both days. I am writing this experience to inform others who trust that online booking is always safe and reliable.
