Room are good, service you have to run behind them. Complementary breakfast has one plate(from 3 items) served to Room. Only one towel was provide in each room.

It is too good hotel and is food service is excellent and staff behaviour is excellent it good hotel

Good housekeeping and supporting staff response was very good. Rooms of the hotel were neat and clean and food served was good.

Location is the only advantage. While checking-in, i found the room dirty and linen already used by many people earlier. Got the room cleaned before me and found lots of dust, chips packet cover, lump of ladies hair, used codom to name a few from under the beds. All linens were changed but pillows were so dirty that 3 pillow slips placed over it couldn’t stop the smell. So, no pillow could be used. Towels were torn and dirty but replaced on request. Tea water heater had cooked but mow dried up dal in it. The bell boys (men) were poorly trained to handle guests. It was unpleasant experience to say the least. Only positive points are front office staff and parking assistants better than others. Since i have already booked for longer duration, i had to bear all these. My advice, check everything before booking for night maximum in case of emergency only!

The staff was very rude and complimentary breakfast was not served for 2 days. They charges for tea and sandwich we ordered stating it was online booking hence we will have to pay for breakfast

Regarding hotel room is nice and all staff behavior is nice feels like home stay. There are requirements of little improvement in kuchen min u preparation. I advice people to once stay in roopa ali hotel in front of income tax office in jabalpur. Ne stay.
