I stay with family and had comfortable stay with good service. Food quality was also very good & tasty.

Good staff, Good place peacefull Clean Room, food is also great . We Loved the stay The pool is in dining that's one negative side

The worst hospitality i have ever received in jabalpur, complete unhygienic room and dirty bed sheets at the suite room. They took 2 hr to serve the morning tea & denied to serve the breakfast in the restro. The tea & breakfast they have sent in the room after an hour was completely unedible.

The hotel is very beautiful in itself with luscious lawns and wedding areas. The rooms are even more spacious and the staff are very cooperative and helpful. There was no need to remind them for any service, very swift and efficient service. loved the stay

Food quality was poor, unprofessional behaviour of staff, we were sent for breakfast to a venue which was for some private gathering of wedding, when they opposed they didn't had words to rectify or resolve the matter

Property was good, staff was helpfull, food taste was yummy, rooms wer excellent, room size washroom all was good, service was an issue, food took 1. 5 hr in serving, complmentry waterrbottel was non r. O, restaurant pool side was good place to spend evening

Courteous staff, well lit, clean and comfortable room. Good food at mocha. Breakfast was served in room due to low occupancy. Taste was good however we could not order multiple times as it was taking a long time to get the food and it was turning cold. Washroom exhaust was not working so it was a little stuffy. Swimming pool was not clean. Check in reception was at the back of the premises with no proper signage and we had to ask people around.

Hotel was good staff was very polite and supported fiod also good good good staff was very friendly

I booked a cottage room and out of all the other rooms available, we were allotted room no. 511 which was a disaster. The ac wasn’t working, and when complained about it, they said it’ll start cooling after sometime but it never did and we were uncomfortable the whole night. Water was dripping from the ceiling and the bed was soaking wet. The room wasn’t clean and i’m convinced they didn’t even change the sheets or cleaned the room before we checked in. We were four guests and they provided breakfast for two people because they did not even have the information that there were four guests checked in. We had a terrible night and no one slept comfortably in that room. We asked to changed the room the next day. Our one night money for the room was totally wasted. Not at all worth the money they charged. You better train your staff well in customer service. Jabalpur is in dire need of a good chain of hotels where staff is more professional and accountable.

It's a very nice place, very safe and sweet for couples, I like the smiling face and gentle staff, The food was available 24*7, worth the money, but I only wanna give one suggestion the hotel can improve if you do something for ventilation of air it would be the best. I was searching for fresh air in the room it was like there was no oxygen in the room , At least please keep windows in the gallery/ loby. for taking fresh air I wanted to go in the garden. Because there was no ventilation I couldn't sleep for more than 2 Hours in 3 nights. But the doctor was available on call. Thank you so much for the property and the swimming pool was waaw and the nature was awesome. I really want to revisit and stay for another 1-2 weeks if the hotel does something for ventilation in the room I really need fresh air. By the way wonderful experience, love it except one thing ❤️ sending love for hotel staff from me and my future hubby 💕💕💕 thankyou
