service is hopeless there is showing another room on picture & in the property u are giving different room there is all responsibility u are making people fool just because of some money.....

In photo room is different and in reality they gave different room and shower is not working properly, hot water is not working proper, breakfast is very poor and main thing is i chose different room they gave me smaller and degraded room here . Towel is not there , not extra socket point are available to charge phone also . Hair dryer is not there . service is poor , they have only 1 person on service .

Room was not good as per price . No mentanance not exicutive level. Over all as per room rent not good.

Hotel pantry sent us bad food. That is rice and daal. And after eating that i was vomiting. It was horrible that without taste they sent us that daal. Also there is miss guide information for user that we will have 25% off on f&b in room service. I didn't get any offer as i have checked and booked.

Hotel do not have full kitchen so snacks to certain limitation is available. No hot water facility. Rooms are big and bed is comfortable.

Rooms are good for the price however staff can be more organised, even with confirmed booking staff at the front desk weren't familiar with the booking from mmt, he asked me 3 times how is the booking done
