We stayed in hotel on 30th jan 2025. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooms were of old style though. I only had one issue with hotel that they provide dental kit, hand towel and bathroom sleepers then why don’t they keep everything in room. I had to call for all these things. Food was very good. Overall experience is good but it can be better

No hot water in room, after informing to room service technician has came, he has unable to resolve the issue. Later informed in reception they also responded after 45 minutes. But no hot water we have got at room.
