Overall nice service and good location. But there’s no coffee machine in the room…🤣🤣🤣 It’s a bit surprise for me. It was quite busy at the lounge bar that night, we waited for 40 mins for the waiters to take the order…hopefully the hotel would increase the numbers of the staff in the bar. 🥰

就在歐盟總部步行距離，可以預約去參觀環形議會。酒店本身無功無過，但有一位西班牙前台小姐姐特別熱情。酒店還有泳池，不過總體比較老了，這個價位是能接受的。

I prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.

Tarif élevé pour des services pas à la hauteur. Grand hôtel à 2 pas du parlement européen, mais malheureusement loin du centre ville à pieds (compter 30minutes) sinon des arrêts de bus sont proches (2€80 la carte transport d'un heure). Les espaces communs et la chambre sont propres. L'accueil est à revoir, certains personnels ne parlent pas un mot français. Nous avons dû demander plusieurs services et avons attendu longuement. La piscine n'appartient pas à l'hôtel mais à une salle de sport indépendante au sous sol. Celle-ci était froide. Le sauna est appréciable mais l'odeur des gens venant de la salle est désagréable. Ce sont des équipements pour les gens inscrits à la salle de sport en réalité. Cette piscine nous présente pas un cadre de détente et n'a pas d'intérêt !

The fasade of same rooms under renovation. For breakfast is famous salmon. Отель очень близко к европарламенту. На завтрак есть вкусная семга. В мае 2024 идет ремонт фасада, окна номеров *10-*13 закрыты строительными конструкциями. Персонал очень вежлив. За пять дней постель не поменяли.
