Visited with the family during peak summer July season. The positives: The hotel was clean and check in was available on time. Room was clean, well insulated and full of natural light. Just be prepared to pay extra for most things you may think would be included.

This was our first stay here so there was some trouble here and there T_T Since this hotel is very popular pls be sure to book early and check Free Bus service before booking. It won’t be a hassle if you come by private car but it will be a struggle to find the hotel if you come by other Bus Service. The food was great with lots of options and there are varieties of water sport activities but it’s mainly targeted to the kids and the guests are mainly parents here with lot’s of kids here and there so if you’re not a kid person then it might be hectic. There’s heated pool so no need to stress if the water is cold only thing is the hotel is old so there’s some repairing going on here and there so it’s good to check what’s going on at the counter. There’s Hula dance program as well so get your tickets either by online or at the ticket counter in the hotel you’ll love the dance program. The dancers really did their best to entertain the guests. This place is made to look and feel like Hawaii so if you want something to try something different in Japan I recommend this place.

無料の送迎バスを利用しましたが、これが本當に便利。長距離の移動も快適で、著いた瞬間から全力で楽しめます。 食事はビュッフェスタイルでしたが、ハワイアンテイストの料理がズラリ。どれもクオリティが高く、つい食べすぎてしまいました。お風呂もバラエティ豊かで、プールの後の冷えた體に染み渡ります。 そして、夜のショーは必見。迫力があって、ハワイアンズに來た実感が湧きます。今回はプールと溫泉メインでしたが、次はゴルフも兼ねてまた泊まりに來たいと思います！

We had booked a room with a bath, but upon arrival, we found there wasn't one. When we contacted the front desk, we were told that bookings made through overseas websites sometimes don't guarantee the specific room type requested. After some negotiation, however, a room became available due to a cancellation, and we were able to switch. The facility was vast, old, and like a maze. Also, while staying at the hotel grants you a pool admission ticket, it doesn't include access to the pool slides; you have to purchase a separate pass (for around 3,500 yen). My kids were having fun, so overall, I'd say it was okay.
