The location is very good but most of the people who work there do not speak the English language. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the sauna and lobby area where you can rest. Breakfast is fine, but dinner can be better. We came to check in the area while it was extremely cold outside and we stood in front of the checking desk, I felt cold air coming from the ceiling AC and we felt even worse. There is a fan inside the elevator which I personally do not like during cold weather, but generally speaking the hotel is good. I came to this hotel with my girlfriend and I got out single so I do not recommend it for couples

Oi! Só tenho elogios! O hotel é ótimo, espaçoso, limpo, aconchegante e com um atendimento excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos e me senti super à vontade durante toda a estadia. Não tenho nada do que reclamar, só pontos positivos mesmo. Com certeza vou voltar!

酒店房間還算是不錯的，Itajai城市比較小，基本酒店在Navegantes港口附近的多。該城市沒有地道的中餐，可以選擇在酒店吃晚上有自助大概一個人60-70雷亞爾。早餐還算不錯

Accessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.
