淋浴水龍頭無法調節出水； 附近幾個房間不睡覺，凌晨2-3點還是不斷敲門，關門，走動，很吵； 樓下裝修，走的小門，停車不算很方便，考驗技術，但酒店可以幫忙 床挺軟，價格還不錯

First of all, I seldom to write bad reviews but this is a very bad experience. 1. I paid more to reserve a delux room which is 322 square feet and king size bed according to hotel description, but was given a half size and full size bed. After talking to the owner and he refused to change the room and insisted the room is same as I reserved. Not happy for the small room. I show him the measurements, it is only 176sq. 2. The bedsheets and pillowcases are all dirty, after request, they change. 3. The shower water did not drain correctly, need to fix. 4. The toilet seat was broken and need fix too. After all of the above issues, the owner just ignored my request and refuse to cancel my reservation Al. So, I can move to another hotel for my second night. This is a horrible experience and will not go back again.
