一整晚沒睡一整晚都在聽關門聲音走廊還一直有人打電話前台後半夜打電話過來大家還是不要來 spa還亂收費是正常酒店價格的兩倍多隔音很差無法保證我們在國外休息的酒店下次免費我也不要住酒店服務人員也不大好英語講的很一般

This hotel is really bureaucratic and rude. I made a reservation 3 times because of misunderstanding when I was traveling with my husband. But when I realized that I had placed an order, I tried to cancel it, but there was no response. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we would not return the money we had already taken from our credit account for 3 rooms for 3 nights with 6 breakfasts. Also, we took the money and said with a laugh that it's not my problem if you don't come in. It is 10/-10 if you really appreciate it, it is not service like the actions taken by the employees who are very greedy and have no relationship. Please don't hurt the tourists by your greed anymore

Very nice hotel. Everything was absolutely fine. We asked for the late check out and our request was accepted with a lovely smile.All the staff were great and eager to help. We will definitely stay here on our next 訂房網站 to Istanbul.

The refused to bring for us tea and they asked us to do it , it is not 5 stars hotel There is no car parking service you must park your car by your self , in my opinion it is a good 3 stars hotel
