Really liked this hotel's vibe. Really chill, nice staff, modern facilities, extremely clean and with a decent location. Perfect option to who is arriving from the airport (you can come directly via metro, without even changing lines).

It sucks! The service is TERRIBLE ever!!! When I approached the front desk with a simple request, the female receptionist assisting me had difficulty understanding English and misinterpreted my needs. I remained patient and tried to clarify my request, but the misunderstanding was never resolved properly. What’s far more unacceptable is what happened afterward. A male staff member intervened, and instead of helping resolve the confusion, he began **scolding me rudely and speaking in an aggressive tone**, as if I was at fault for the staff’s lack of communication. His attitude was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. I was left shocked, hurt, and completely disappointed. I chose Sheraton because I trusted in the Marriott brand and its global standard of hospitality — but this experience felt like the exact opposite. This encounter has completely ruined the impression of my 訂房網站 to Turkey, a country I had long looked forward to visiting.
