Hotel location was good it was right in center, street at Laleli, service was good, all receptions spoke in english and russian which was understandable and helpful. But room was too small and had no space (could’ve notified).

Hotel super bien placé mais vieillie très mal me propriétaire n est pas décidé de le rénover il est dans le même état que il y a 7 ans même pire la piscine verdate et les moquette sale . Bref dommage car bien placer en face de l arrêt de tram

The breakfast was ok nothing too special, and they refused to give two keys for the same room, cleanliness was fine, but the location was perfect, for me atleast, it was close to tram lines, metro stations.
