The hotel was very nice. The breakfast is very good. The location is great. Walking distance to everything! Starbucks just there too. Everyone is kind and polite. Our room was lovely but toooooo small. Felt like I m on a cruise ship with that size 😅. They upgraded us to Bosporus view. Thank you we r grateful. I would have stayed longer if the room was bigger. We did asked to get bigger room but the price to upgrade was too much. So we moved to another hotel with bigger room. Free access to the spa. Steam bath, sauna, and the hammam but Idon’t know how to use it. There was no soap or scrub to use. Maybe people go there with their own shower stuff? Picture of our view 😊

I found the room overpriced for it's size, the swimming pool was not clean, the restaurant did not provide proper guidelines on having the breakfast in the room, I was not explained upon arrival that the hotel would charge a safety deposit to my credit card, it was almost impossible to get conditioner and body lotion out of the bottles offered by the hotel and when requested to replace it there was zero improvement, the hair dryer on the room is not compatible with a five stars hotel. I wonder how could this hotel receive a five stars rating.

เป็นโรงแรมที่เดินทางสะดวก ห้องสะอาดแต่ไปรอบนี้ได้ห้องเก่านิดนึง ห้องกว้างวิวรอบนี้เป็นวิวอนุสาวรีย์ทักซิม โดยรวมๆ คือดีค่ะ เดินไปทักซิมแสควร์ใกล้ๆ หาของกินง่ายเดินตามรถรางไปเรื่อยๆ โผ่ลไป Galata tower เฉยเลย เดินเพลินๆ 2 กิโล ขากลับก็เดินกลับสบายๆ ค่ะ โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางทักซิมสะดวกทุกอย่างค่ะ พนักงานน่ารักอารมณ์ดีทุกคน แม่บ้านเข้าทำทุกวัน อาหารเช้าหลากหลายมาก โดยรวมคือดีมากค่ะ ในรูปเป็นห้องที่พักรอบที่แล้วได้วิวสวยค่ะ

I stayed 3 nights there. It was really great to have tacsim view from your room. It wasn't noisy and the access to places around was reallg great. The hotel's security is high and the servants were reallg friendly. I also used the restaurant in the hotel. The food was acceptable and tasty. Generally I had a nice stay there with my friend.

A great experience from start to end. We were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival and Mehmet gave us a detailed explanation of the famous places we could see out the window. We also left our baggage with the hotel for our short 訂房網站 to Cappadocia and picked it back up without any hassle.
