كان تسجيل الوصول للفندق الساعة 3 حسب الحجز المؤكد ويوم وصلنا انتظرنا حوالي ساعة ونص في اللوبي الين جهزت الغرفة الى درجة ان ابنائي نامو على الكراسي السلامة صفر: عتبات دورات المياة مفككة وتسبب سقوط مفاتيح اللمبات مكسرة واسلاك الكهرباء مكشوفة يعني لو في طفل مسكها ممكن يروح فيها مكينة الباب تهرب زيت ولازم ننتبه لو وصل الارض عشان لا احد يتزحلق منه نظافة الممرات الخارجية سيئة والقطط في كل مكان التكيف داخل الغرف يكون جدا بارد ولا يوجد تحكم من الغرف واذا كلمت خدمة الغرف يطفوه وبعد فترة تسير الغرفة حارة ولا تعرف كيف تسوي ادوات العناية الشخصية غير متوفرة ويوم طلبناهم جابو فقط موس حلاقة وفرشة اسنان واحدة طبعا خدمة الغرف ماقد اتصلت وردو علينا لازم ننزل للإستقبال ونعلمهم طلبنا. تجربة سيئة ولن تتكرر نهائيا

I made a booking with them and choose the wrong date .. I called the hotel to change the date they told me we cant but you can book for the correct date and submit a cancellation request for the wrong one and we will refund you  I did what I was told . when I submitted the cancellation request for the wrong date they answered by saying cancellation request is not allowed  This tells you how professional is this hotel

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the repeated experience turned out to be worse than the first one. We were offered a two-story room on the first and basement floors. The room itself is very large in size, with 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. There are all the amenities, a kitchen, a wonderful living room. The hotel provides water and tea and coffee sets daily. However, the excellent quality of the room could not compensate for the discomfort of the stay. There were 2 problems: 1. The ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, so the rooms were very stuffy and the temperature was +25. In one bedroom, where there was no window, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. 2. Directly opposite the windows of the other two bedrooms there will be a booth with 2 dogs that bark non-stop. Very loud. Day and night. Therefore, even earplugs did not provide a comfortable sleep. At the same time, on the first day of our stay they told us that the next day they would change the room, but when we came to do this, they said that there were no rooms available. The hotel breakfast has improved and we really enjoyed it. Fitness zone is nice but the pool has very cold water and it is uncomfortable to use it.

В целом, отель устроил. Номер отличный, очень красивый и просторный. Но уже немного устал. Еда в ресторане нормальная. Персонал хороший.
