八點到達，溝通提前入住，付了120歐元，説最多等半個小時就能辦理入住，後續等了一個小時還沒收拾好，好不容易辦了入住，發現床單沒換，上面還有血跡噁心壞了。後續前台道歉補償四天入住早餐（不好吃衹吃了一天），其他感受一般，晚上有點吵，不如住周邊其他酒店

화장실 청결 상태가 아주 좋진 않습니다. 5성급처럼 보이진 않아요. 직원마다 다르긴 다른데 친절한 직원이 있는 반면 그렇지 않은 직원들도 있어서 체크인할때는 기분이 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 그외 조식 다른 곳에 있던 직원들은 대체적으로 친절했어요 조식은 퀄리티가 괜찮았습니다. 방은 코너룸이었는데 창가쪽이 옆방이 보이는 구조라 놀랐어요. 참고하여 피해달라고 해도 좋을 것 같습니다.

The hotel is in a good location right in the middle of Taksim. The rooms are nice, albeit the view isn't great for rooms that have the non-city view - it's just a view of neighbouring offices and buildings. The outdoor swimming pool is being overlooked by a lot of office buildings so not great for privacy. Indoor spa and swimming pool facilities are great. We kept getting harassed by the staff to buy some food or drink every time we went out to the outdoor reception area - really poor customer service in this area. Overall still a very good hotel.

The hotel is really 3 stars not 5. Very poor amenities in the room. Breakfast not so many options. Stayed for one week don't have banana and other fruits and omelette made in a very cheap quality. They don't deserve that much money for thequality they offer. The housekeeping make rooms in 5 min dont recharge shampoo or soap we had to call everytime. Only positive part is the location close to everything. Also staff ask for tips for everything they do. You can book the Ritz much cheaper and much better quality. Do not recommand at all !!!

酒店地理位置很好在塔克西姆離地鐵站也很近出行很方便就是入住當天酒店並沒有告知塔克西姆會封路導致出租車司機把我放在一公里以外的地方讓我自己走到酒店因為封路我一直無法找到如何能繞開塔克西姆廣場走到酒店的路線作為高端酒店應該有提前告知客人的義務設施也就一般般這個檔次的酒店並沒有浴缸有點讓我意外並且明明是有裝浴缸的空間可能為了省錢整體維護也一般

房間設施還可以，地理位置優越。要吐槽酒店的服務，洗髮水沒了，兩天都不換，洗澡過程中打電話要服務員來換，快半個小時才來，而且那成了沐浴液，人都快感冒了。。。服務不到位

The room are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with good service. It's best to choose a higher floor in the main building for better views and natural lighting. We didn’t opt for breakfast. The hotel is located near a lively square. Across the street is Istiklal Avenue, a bustling pedestrian street filled with shops, restaurants, and currency exchange shops. Walking left for about 10-15 minutes leads to two supermarkets. The square next to the hotel has two metro stations, making transportation convenient. One metro line connects to the seaside light rail—just one stop away, saving you from walking uphill or downhill. About a 10-minute walk away is a bus station with direct service to the airport, costing 275 lira.
