準備睡覺時，掀開被子，居然發現床單很臟，還有一些毛髮，被嚴重噁心到。後來和前台説了後，直接換房，但總覺得也不乾淨。

I used to like this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. in the hall ways have carpets and nice cosy light but rooms used to be much better. There are no more shampoos, stuff is not nice trying to defend themselves. I still love fresh air from the huge windows but I don’t think I may stay here again as it’s price raised and quality dropped.

I have booked a deluxe room with terrace but unfortunately I haven’t got any terrace. There were 2 windows in the room and a sofa but bed was so small. I was expecting to have king size. When I asked for additional duvet I’ve been given a blanket for my child which was horrible. My bathroom didn’t have any shampoo or earbuds as it’s supposed to be even in 3 stars hotels. They pointed to the shower gel box in shower cabin saying all in one but it didn’t have any liquid at all. Total disappointment. But still it was a good view and good big windows for having fresh air but it’s not enough for 4 starts hotel in delux room which I payed additionally for.
