房間不錯就是旁邊有個清真寺早上有點吵，早餐非常不好吃，但是衞生和環境還可以，主要是好多服務員不會英語有點沒法溝通

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . Insgesamt ein wirklich komfortabler Aufenthalt. Wir fahren bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr zufrieden. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht und einen Tag hatten wir keine neuen Handtücher bekommen. Aber ansonsten alles super. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch die Nutzung des Pools und der Sauna waren inklusive. Beim Pool muss man für 100 Lira eine Badekappe mit dazu buchen. Ansonsten alles super!

Хороший отель, но немного уставший, обновления не помешали бы. Расположение хорошее, не так далеко от старого города (20 мин на такси), ТЦ 10 мин, рядом можно найти кафе, где поужинать. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Завтрак хороший, все свежее. Вечером можно поужинать в ресторане, готовят вкусно. На верху есть открытая терраса, с красивым видом на город, можно посидеть выпить и покушать.

Muhteşem bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık otel çok temiz ve güzeldi. Otelin konumu ve çalışanlar çok iyi idi. Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi koray bey bizimle çok ilgilendi sıcak kanlı iletişimi kuvvetli biri ve çok çalışkan

The hotel was so beautiful and luxurious. All the staff were kind and helpful. If I had to say, it was a little far from famous sightseeing spots and the room sometimes smells of sewage. I don’t know if it was what they can improve. All in all our stay there was great. We enjoyed dinner, rooftop bar and breakfast!

體驗感太差，前台不好溝通。訂房網站也相當無語，一個酒店，一晚上，我早就付了錢，卻因為訂房網站沒有轉付，讓我入住不及時，等待溝通，幾個小時後，莫名其妙入住，退房時被告知訂房網站還是沒有轉付款，要扣按金！無語之極，相當不愉快！
