35年的老酒店，特意挑這個酒店，是因為想感受一下傳統的土耳其酒店是什麼樣設計。大廳設計非常有年代感，水晶大吊燈加上奧斯曼帝國時期的壁畫讓人感受到了非常濃厚的文化感。木質旋轉樓梯從大廳上到2樓的餐廳，也很有歐洲的調調。入住的時候是晚上，天氣也比較冷了，前台貼心的準備了土耳其咖啡和茶供選擇。 酒店附近竟然還有一家伊斯坦堡排名第一的中餐排隊王，樓蘭蘭州拉麵。由於剛下飛機，又冷又餓，直奔該餐廳，發現排隊人特別多。等到吃完一碗熱騰騰的拉麵後，覺得非常滿足，拉麵性價比也非常高，摺合人民幣20多塊錢，因此排隊的人非常多。 酒店附近靠近Topkapi地鐵站，因此有很多當地的小餐廳，還有一個迷你家樂福，石榴和西柚大概2塊錢一斤，十分滿足。酒店位於老城區，所以有很多上坡下坡的小路，走起來也別有一番感受。 房間設施很老舊，即便乾淨的毛巾都有些發灰，和國內如家快捷酒店檔次十分相似，提供的一次性用品，看著也非常廉價。衞生間是老式的浴缸，使用起來不方便。 早餐的話，國人真的不會習慣，冷盤居多，熱菜也就是燴香腸和炸奶酪這樣。入住了三天，早餐吃到最後已經沒有了胃口，因此建議如果選擇非常傳統的土耳其酒店，那就要做好早餐吃不習慣的準備。

I chose this hotel because I wanted to have a bath in a room. But it wasn't worth it. The location is bad. There is nothing really around. Don't expect to have a view. The room was old and cold. The bathtub was very small. The paint on the walls took off years ago. So I couldn't really relax as I imagined. I think, the hotel wasn't renewed for years.. The breakfast was not worth 500 liras. Even though it's a 5 star hotel, there was almost no one who could speak English. I would not recommend staying here.

To start off with the customer service was zero for a five star hotel. The waiters and housekeeping were great but the reception staff, door man, spa reception team - all had no hospitality skills. Not even a good morning greeting. The lobby area is pretty and the swimming pool and spa service is good and very clean. The spa lockers are amazing. The pool is a good size and very clean. Salty water though. There are no free drinks not even a water cooler. You have to pay for everything. the breakfast is good. But no fresh orange juice. it’s not a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend it at all. It’s close to a metro station which takes to you anywhere easily so great location. But locally there are not enough shops. 13 to 15 min walk and you will see shops and public. The rooms are ok. Tv is very old. Need to upgrade. Beds are comfortable . The bathroom is like a gutter. Water leaked everyday. Showers stunk like garbage. The housekeeping team walked in once when we were sleeping. Without a knock. We had to scream so they close the door and not enter. Don’t book this hotel. !

that's a very good hotel staff are friendly breakfast is one of the best. The hotel offered us free breakfast. I strongly recommend it!
