Rahatsız edilmek istemediğimiz halde her sabah 9 da temizlik yapan hanımefendinin odamıza dalması dışında bir sıkıntı yok.

Have to say, staff were excellent. Reception, concierge, and one particular gentlemen that worked the breakfast/ bar area. He could see that I was being punished by the heat and he was feeding me water without request. I dont have him name. Legend. Everything else about the hotel in my opinion was subpar in my opinion. Upon entry, there was a metal detector that was very off putting. Then I could actually see the receptionist when checking in because the dimmly lit lobby, with this massive lighting fixture below the reception desk. After travelling for 21hours and having possible heat stroke, maybe it was just me. Nevertheless. Wasnt a fan. The room can only be described by one onomatopoeic phrase.... 'meh'. The view was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and the linens were clean. The telly worked and had a wide variety of local channels in their dialect. Didnt use much wifi, but decent connection from my room. Im afraid thats where the plaudids stop. The floor was made of wood. So kind of felt a bit disgusting walking around a wooden floor thats been used before me. Didnt look spotless. The AC was on its last legs, so was barely providing what you might call 'a draft' with the window that would only open a jarr. (Understandable). The table was broken and the heater awning around the window had been damaged before arrival, so there was this awful bow in the window. The bathroom, was barely usable. There was this god awful smell. And it was from the heat. Due to the AC's postion in the room, and the lack of a draft, airing out the musty, smelly, heated smell was impossible. And due to the heat I lived in the not-so-cold shower, that by the way had one setting.... kind of on and luke-warm. The toilet was disgusting. There was this weird bidet feature attached that hadnt looked as thou it had been cleaned since JFK was president. Whether it was rust or fecal matter, I daren't dwell on the mattef much longer. The amenties in the bathroom were laughavle. They had all the go-to things, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even a Vanity kit. However, the shampoo, conditioner and vanity kits had been opened and just left there. Quite disgusting. I cant lie. This has been overall a negaitive review I am realising. However, the staff efficiency and politness really made up for alot of the hotels short comings. I am happy giving this a semi polite review as the buidling is fixable. They have done the hard part well. Thank you for your hospitality, and given the above issues are rectified, I would consider staying with you again.

Olanaklar çok az. Mesela kapalı havuz yok. Masaj yaptırdık ama masaj odası eskimişti. Ama otelin çalışanları çok kibar ve çok ***retli. Onların hakkını yiyemem

Astoria avmde Vize işlemlerini yapabilmek için en yakın otel olarak bunu sectik. İhtiyaçlarımı karşılayan uygun bir oteldi
