Misleading, Unhygienic, and Unsafe – Horrible Experience Our stay at this hotel was a series of disappointments and felt very untrustworthy. I booked two large rooms for my family, including three young children (8, 4, and 2 years old), based on photos that showed a clean, spacious setup. However, the rooms were nothing like the pictures online—dirtier, and lacking basic amenities shown on social media. When we arrived, the manager rudely informed us we’d need to pay an additional 30 euros per night for each child except our youngest, even though there was no mention of this during booking. There was no option for a refund if we canceled, which was extremely frustrating. Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathrooms were covered in fungus, making showers impossible, and even after asking for a cleaning, nothing was done. The entire room was filthy, with bed bugs that left bites on my children. The WiFi was unreliable, and the wall plug was broken, posing a serious hazard. Additionally, the shuttle service prices were inconsistent. When they picked us up from the airport, we were charged 1,800 TRY. But for the return 訂房網站 to the airport, they suddenly charged us 1,650 TRY. There was no official pricing, and this constant price change felt like a scam. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.
