    I booked for 2 nights due to an overnight flight. The contact details given on this site does not work and the hotel was non contactable. I emailed 訂房網站 to confirm my check in time would be 0800 on the second day. I received conformation from 訂房網站 that this request was actioned. On arrival at the hotel, I was informed I was late and my room had been allocated. I was advised for 50 lira extra I could have a different room I accepted as I had been traveling all night. The room was poorly maintained and very dirty. This hotel lacks custom care and managerial checks after room have been cleaned would not recommended staying here.
