Overall, Hilton hotels usually maintain a good standard, but I felt this property was somewhat below expectations. My 訂房網站 was for business, and I left the hotel every day at 8 a.m. When I returned around 2–3 p.m., my room was still not cleaned. I had to wait about an hour and remind the staff multiple times before someone came, just so I could take a shower and rest. This was frustrating, especially considering the Hilton brand. Other than that, I did not face any major problems. The hotel itself was fine, but the housekeeping service clearly needs better organization and consistency. For a Hilton, I expected a smoother experience

The front desk was friendly but when we got to our room it looked very dirty with clumps of hair on the floor and trash we found stains on the pillows and eye lashes as if someone had slept in the bed already. So we went down to the front desk and they sent someone up to clean “again” and we decided to get dinner while they fixed it… at the restaurant the orders we placed were brought out wrong and the staff were dismissive of the mistakes.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful and very, very clean — one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. However, the location of the hotel is not the best.

The worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. Unbelievably, the hotel’s heating system was not working, and every time I complained about the freezing cold, they irresponsibly told me it was “turned off for now.” Their only solution was to send me an extra blanket. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I actually caught a cold during my stay, and their lack of responsibility was shocking. In the end, I had to change my hotel.

Хороший отель вполне соответствует 4 звезд. В номере чисто, мебель новая. Постельное белье новое чистое полотенца меняли каждый день. Ванная комната сантехника в норме очень чисто Завтрак разнообразный но не хватало молочных продуктов. Метро рядом. Желтая ветка М9. Расположение не очень удобное , так как чтобы добраться до достопримечательностей Стамбула, требуется несколько пересадок.
