房間不算很大，但是按摩浴缸很棒😊旁邊有購物中心，離海邊🏝️也近，有地鐵可以直達機場✈️前台人員很nice！

酒店前台服務態度極差。這種價位和評分的酒店找不到一個會英語的前台嗎？我們是晚上11點左右到的前台，前台的服務人員先是在我們面前打了1分鐘的電話沒有理會我們，打完電話之後讓我們出示護照又看了很久，最後告訴我我的護照和我的訂單名字不符，一個是我的英文名一個是我的中文名，難道直接開口問很難嗎？後面叫來了另外一個服務人員來給我們錄入資訊，二人一直在用土耳其語交流，如果沒聽錯的話在對話中我們聽到了自己國家的名字。我同行的朋友在用翻譯軟件禮貌提出換房的請求，而前台竟然對著翻譯軟件說了句“No”，還一直在笑，這種惡意的行為讓我們感到冒犯和不舒服。我是一名中國的網紅，我全平台有接近10萬的粉絲，且我們在英國上學，我會把我們在土耳其的經歷發到所有社交媒體，分享給世界各地。感謝你們給了我這麼好的服務！感謝你們給了我這樣一個機會來宣傳你們酒店！ The front desk service at this hotel was extremely poor. At this price point and rating, couldn't they find a single English-speaking staff member? We arrived at the front desk around 11 PM. The staff member first ignored us for a full minute while on a phone call. After finishing the call, they asked us to present our passports and scrutinized them for ages. Finally, they informed me my passport name didn't match the booking name—one listed my English name, the other my Chinese name. Would it have been so hard to just ask? Later, another staff member was called to process our information. The two communicated entirely in Turkish, and if we heard correctly, we caught mentions of our home country in their conversation. My traveling companion politely requested a room change using a translation app, only for the front desk staff to respond with a blunt "No" directed at the app while laughing. This deliberately hostile behavior left us feeling offended and uncomfortable. I am a Chinese influencer with nearly 100,000 followers across all platforms. От метро минут пять пешком. 24 часа стойка ресепшен. Отель новый, все идеально. В номере были сковородки, кастрюли, приборы и тд. Кровать очень удобная, WiFi летает.

酒店對面有兩棟樓在施工，施工期間白天會比較吵。 枕頭是臟的（因為checkin比較晚，所以發現的時候給前台和客房服務打電話都沒有人接）退房的時候給酒店前台反映了，也沒有任何補償措施。 從走廊進入房間裡有煙味🚬 房間整體設施齊全，還配有廚房蠻不錯的。

Das Hotel war sauber und die Lage eigentlich gut, jedoch war es aufgrund der umliegenden Baustelle nicht soo toll. Die Metro ist aber sehr nah und ein Einkaufszentrum ist direkt gegenüber. Nachts einkaufen ist jedoch schwer (nach 22), da kein tekel in der nähe ist. Ansonsten super.

Wir wurden herzlich willkommen im Hotel und hatten ein großes sauberes Zimmer gehabt. Im ganzen Hotel hat es sehr erfrischend gerochen und man konnte auch im Zimmer smart tV schauen! Die large war auch super da alles in der Nähe war. Zum Wasser war es auch nicht weit weg.
