From the moment we arrived, I knew this place was special. Amanual welcomed us at the entrance and personally took us to reception such a lovely touch. It’s always the small details that make the difference. Our room was beautiful, high ceilings, elegant design, and an incredible view over the water. I travel quite a bit and have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out. You can tell there’s real attention to detail here. The pool is stunning, probably the best in Istanbul and the breakfast was just as impressive. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the pastries were excellent (whoever the chef is, he’s doing a wonderful job). I’d also highly recommend having dinner or at least drinks at Josephine Restaurant in the evening. The view, the atmosphere, the service everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels both luxurious and personal, but Rixos Tersane manages to do exactly that. A beautiful stay from start to finish.

酒店服務很好，乾淨整潔，辦理入住和離店都很方便快捷且設備齊全；酒店海景房尤其不錯，我們一行人都對窗外風景十分滿意，是我們的土耳其之行有了滿意的體驗😀

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. das Hotel ist sauber, gut gelegen und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Leider gab es ein kleines Manko: Unser Hoteltelefon und der Tresor haben nicht funktioniert. Wir haben das Personal mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, doch leider wurde das Problem erst am Tag unseres Check-outs angeschaut. Schade, denn sonst war wirklich alles top.

Não é 5 estrelas de maneira alguma, é sim 6 estrelas , e impossível não gostar de tudo, acomodação, comida , café da manhã o melhor que ja vi , atendimento de pessoas maravilhosas, a atenção dos aos hóspedes desda entrada impressionante. Parabéns hotel rixos tersane .

The hotel is absolutely exceptional，especially the swimming pool. The service is excellent too. Our room was upgraded to junior suite without asking. The breakfast was really luxury. However, the room is not quite clean. I could find dust at the corner and the sink is dirty too. The room lighting is quite dark which I don't like. Also, i was waked up by the strong noise outside my room's window earlier in the morning on Saturday, as there was an exercise class. I think the hotel should consider this problem. Overall. The hotel is excellent.

الفندق جدا جميل وجديد باقي فيه اعمال بناء حول الفندق موقعه ممتاز للناس اللي تبي الهدوء بس مافيه شي قريب منه يحتاج اوبر للوصول الى اي مكان ١٠ د لغلاطه بورت بالسياره

Brand new place, a little bit far away from historic center of the city but you will be rewarded by amazing views at Golden Horn. The rooms are really spacious and well equipped. The public areas are impressive. Breakfast offers a spectacular variety. The team is multilingual and professional. Great value for money
