酒店地理位置很棒，去哪裡都近，交通便利，就是早餐太差啦。隔音也不太好，但是酒店服務人員很熱心，挺不錯的。

新開酒店，設施比較新，性價比高。出門對面就是電車站，公交車站和地鐵站也在附近。周圍飯點，超市，水果攤，銀行都有，生活非常方便。前台挺負責的，我們走的時候訂房網站訂了送機服務，司機來了後，因為司機英語不好，前台幫我們用土耳其語一再卻認訂單，無誤後才讓我們上車。

位置非常好的一家酒店，邊上就是機場大巴站、T1、地鐵站。酒店餐廳景色非常好，有海鷗飛來飛去，早餐也很好。酒店小哥英語一般，但是服務態度非常好，早上七點就給我入住了，還積極給我介紹怎麼去景點。

Hotel is strategically located and within walking distance to all attractions. 1.2km average. Facilities in rooms are ok. Breakfast abit lacking. I think a simple good english breakfast will do for most people.

This is the 3rd hotel we stayed at in Istanbul. All the staff were very nice and welcoming! The daytime reception desk gentleman was very nice and helpful when asked about public transportation and even talked to the dental clinic for my daughter to help with a problem she was having. They even let us use the microwave to heat up some leftovers. Our housekeeper was great at making sure we had everything we needed since we prefer to not have cleaning every day. The location was perfect to take the tram into the sightseeing areas and it’s simple to use!! Overall our stay was just what we needed 🤩

Worst worst hotel going the photos also will fool you Staff member ****** and very rude I was threatened with police too and made to feel extremely unsafe, the bedding they don't change and they don't allow guests even if you pay for the booking. Hugely mislead and never experienced anything like this , showers and toilets stink old towels and bedding from two years ago disgusting avoid at all costs location I's also terrible.
