車站就在附近，但RER C線容易停駛。 對面有美食廣場，用餐方便。 飯店樓下有賣一些東西，可以解決肚子餓的問題

This hotel is way too far. There is a station bang opp the hotel but in July it was shut and we got to know that it’s closed for 2 months In summer which makes this hotel very inconvenient for holiday travel. The family rooms are spacious but housekeeping is average and breakfast is basics only. One day housekeeping cleaned our room and left the dirty towels in our tub. So Novotel overall for us in Paris and London has been an awful experience. In both Paris and London Novotel hotels housekeeping service was bad, staff entered our room without waiting for us to open the door and made us feel very unsafe.

房間非常寬敞明亮舒適，店家貼心的備了一套被褥，並且把沙發的靠背拆了放在旁邊，沙發可以睡一個人沒問題。衞生間在門口，這樣半夜上廁所不會影響同住的人睡眠。床邊有紗簾圍了床一圈，開始我以為衹是好看，開空調發現，又涼快又不會吹人。洗髮也是品牌的。酒店位於C線站點旁邊，入法國境買張SIM卡就可以用谷歌。從機場到酒店B線倒C線。13歐元。酒店就在河邊，著名景點都在C網上。我認為一家三口（小朋友）自由行選這家酒店沒問題。

是個中規中矩的酒店吧，比較滿意的一點是，門口兩三百米就是地鐵，火車站，商場。最出彩的地方就是出行方便，交通便利。

酒店地理位置離車站非常近，很方便。房間乾淨，空間很大，適閤家庭出遊。酒店附近沒有購物超市，這點不是很方便。

We stayed for 4 nights 5 days with hotel without breakfast. The hotel location is very convenient. The metro station is right across the hotel. Just have to cross the road. And there is subway restaurant outside the hotel and Pret A Manger coffee across the road. Again 1 min walk. The area is safe and very clean. Eiffel tower and other attractions in Central Paris are nearby and take about 15 mins by cab. We took UBER mostly and it charged us Euro 14-16 to reach Eiffel Tower each time we went to Central. Cab reaches in 1-5 mins max. The room was very big. Our room was on 8th floor and it included a king double bed a single sofa bed as we were a couple and a 9 year old son. The room was spacious and had all amenities. There is a small convenience store in the reception itself where you can buy basics like drinks, chips, cup noodles, cookies, etc. and it is open 24 hours. Two minor things which could be improved: 1. Room bathrooms do not have a door. Just a curtain which was a bit inconvenient as we had to announce that we are IN so no one comes inside. 2. There was no porter. Luggage has to be taken yourself to the room. Though there is a lift directly from entrance, still as we had a lot of luggage, it was a bit inconvenient.

Most staff in the facility are rude and very unprofessional particularly the front office staff. They speak to people like you are not welcome to stay. Too many mosquitoes as well. We all went away with swollen skin.

從當地時間3.14號晚上入住開始刷信用卡付款城市稅，華為手機刷了一次，第二天早上又刷第二次，他們都説沒收到，沒辦法換成蘋果手機付款第三次，導致一共付了三次，手機扣款成功三次，退房的時候前台説前面重複刷的兩次應該會過兩天退回，回國以後我們郵件聯繫這個事，他們説他們衹收到一次，目前到今天為止3.29號，還沒收到兩筆多刷的退款，已經請訂房網站方面出面聯繫酒店方了，這樣的不誠信，忽悠人，強烈建議大家都不要入住，這種不確定的風險非常影響旅遊心情，更讓資金受到損失。
