NO HOT WATER! I read previous reviews after and the same thing happened to them! So this has been going on for days! (Block 3) So deceitful of the hotel not to take the rooms off the booking sites! Diabolical they are still selling the king rooms. **BREACH OF CONTRACT — STANDARD AMENITY** They offered a paltry $50 off to stay! I had paid Trip and wouldn’t get the refund in time to book another hotel at 6pm! So had no choice but to keep the reservation. On top of all that, the bed was terrible, the springs creak! Sound proofing is non existent (see previous reviews also)

Rooms are ok, I did see a heck of a lot of dust behind the bedside table (pulled it out thinking to push the beds together—but swiftly put it back when I saw behind it) there was a kitchen area but no utensils or crockery. Fridge and microwave. Nice clean sun loungers, pool bottom could do with some TLC. Was $250 a night, quite expensive for what it was but I guess it’s the Keys.

The reception staff were lovely, so welcoming and helpful. Little heated pool and nice sun loungers, just missing some umbrellas to make it perfect. The outside grill was great to use and clean. Room didn’t get cleaned during our two night stay though… 🤷🏼♀️
