The worst hotel experience we had during our three weeks in Pakistan. On the first night, we slept very badly because our room was extremely hot. The next morning, we were told that someone would come to check the air conditioning, but nobody did. On the second night, I woke up with water dripping onto my head and all over the belongings we had left on the bedside table. The service was also extremely slow. We had to ask three times just to get a missing towel. The manager finally changed our room for the last night, after a very messy sequence of events that had already put us in a terrible mood, and said he would make up for our bad experience. Unfortunately, hotel managers sometimes need to understand that one night in a better room cannot compensate for two nights of poor sleep and repeated problems. Avoid this hotel. There are much better options in Islamabad.

Booked it quite close to the Hotel, for a last min holiday, to see my cousin, and honestly it was the best time that we had spent. We was greeted by the time, they looked after us very well, and check in was really good.

Good location close to Islamabad airport. Should've booked another room type. My room type is quite small and it has an electric control panel in my room, which is weird. Room is clean, staff is helpful. If you want to stay close to the airport for any reason, this is a good budget hotel to choose.

Понравилось очень близкое расположение отеля к аэропорту, особенно если ранний вылет, всегда 15 минут и вы в аэропорту. Еще один приятный бонус - бесплатный трансфер туда-обратно, что значительно облегчает путешествие. Также порадовали вкусные завтраки, которые включены в проживание.

Очень понравилось проживание в отеле. Номера огромные, как квартира, есть место где отдохнуть и отдельно спальня. Персонал очень вежливый, решает все возникшие вопросы, такие как обмен денег или перенос завтрака. Отель рекомендую.
