Long story, I was unable to check in, but I had to rate the cleanliness or else couldn’t be submitted I requested airport pick up via email : no reply I tried to contact them via 訂房網站.com , also no reply . I only received the reply after I had boarded my flight . So, I landed without any driver waiting for me, so I called up friend to pick me up, friend stayed far away from airport. My landing time was around 1.40am , i waited for friend until 4am , friend sent me to his house . I just didn’t want to trouble friend in the night so I booked this hotel which near to airport but ended up in upset situation For your sake, please don’t book this guest house, they don’t check mail or messages

I did not get the room I had booked because my room was given to someone else. I was told to go to another place. The place I was given a room at was completely deserted and a new building was being built, with no hot water or electricity. I had paid for two nights, but after a few hours, they was asked to leave now
