酒店位置在公主港，方便乘船遊覽，日落景色尚可，太陽被建築物遮掩了，只看到晚霞。35至45馬幣便可以乘船遊覽30至45分鐘，性價比高。房間一般，電視太小了，令人不想看，十分失望。早餐食物款色少，不好吃，有些不太新鮮，不吃也罷，應該改善一下。

房間很寬敞，床很舒服，有小廚房和冰箱。樓頂無邊泳池風景相當漂亮。硬件和衞生都可以，價格比樂高樂園附近低，就是周邊沒啥吃點，建議在樂高樂園附近或者城中心解決。性價比不錯。

完全不建議入住，住了2天感受非常不好 1. 浴室熱水需要等10分鐘以上才會有，而且洗大概15分鐘後，熱水漸漸沒有，又有再等一會才會變熱 2. 自助洗衣機已經收費RM10.6卻沒有提供洗衣精，需另外購買洗衣球，3顆洗衣球要價RM5，洗衣機和烘衣機並非每一台都能使用，當時遇到投幣後無法運作，前往櫃檯請求幫忙，櫃台卻直接退錢，完全沒有要處理的意思，要求他們派人前往查看，才派人處理 3. 吹風機是連結在牆上，需要手動按壓的那種舊式吹風機，非常不好用，而且風量小，也不熱 4. 早餐選項非常少，而且品質也不佳

Hotel yang sangat ok. Percutian ssingkat kami diberikan bilik yg besar dan luas. Tandas bersih dan aor laju. Cuma dikwsan blakang balkoni, Terdapat kesan taik burumg. Tetapi tidak menganggu percutian kami. Pool pum luas. Tq staff yg ceria dan baik Makanan? Kedai mamak,arabian dan bbrapa kdai trdapat berdekatan hotel

My wife and I recently stayed at the Trinidad Suite, to celebrate my birthday ,and we appreciated the unique aspects of our stay. The room was incredibly spacious, almost like an Airbnb, complete with a kitchen that allowed us to self-cater. This added a homey touch to our hotel experience. However, there were some notable drawbacks. The WiFi was either unavailable or extremely slow, which was frustrating. We also had trouble connecting to the aircon system, which didn't help with the comfort. The room had a lingering smell that wasn't pleasant. On the plus side, the hotel's location is fantastic - it's perfectly situated for exploring the area. Overall, while the room's size and kitchen facilities were definite pluses, the issues with WiFi, aircon, and room smell need attention. With some improvements, this hotel could really shine.

CLEANLINESS: Couldn't give 5 for cleanliness as the lobby seats and carpet in desperate cry for shampooing. But the room cleanliness deserve a 5. SERVICE: Was put in a worried state for awhile as they couldn't find my booking in the system and staff said they were full house. Showed the confirmation slip and staff had to speak to the senior. After being made to wait, was given a room.

Location wise was quite on the rural side of Johor. It took about 30-40mins drive from Johor CIQ to the hotel. There werent much amenities either and at first arrival, it look like you are in some kind of abandon place. Is a ghost town at night. Food options is not alot but there are bars behind the hotel, overlooking the sea. Suggest to grab a bite before heading back if you are not into bar-kind of food/strict dietary -halal. The hotel breakfast is quite limted tho and can't expect much. Nonetheless, staff was friendly and helpful + the room we stayed is clean and comfy which makes our 訂房網站 not that bad afterall.
