A very pleasant stay! The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and good service.

The stay was amazing with great view! It’s perfect for a few nights stay. The room was clean and the customer service was super. Would like some of the items in the room to be fixed and replace (for example sliding door knob that was broken, and worn out table). The kitchen cupboard needs to be disinfected cuz tiny insects were there. Overall amazing for the price!

Ok for short break. Last time they have good restaurant walking distance now the restaurant was closed.

Hello, I would like to share my overall experience during my 2D1N stay over the March school holidays. First of all, I am very, very disappointed with the bad experience I had. It started when we went to collect the key at the security post. We were under the impression that the access card could be used for everything (carpark, lift, and the homestay). Based on the guide provided, we drove into the residential carpark, only to find out that a separate card is required for entry. Due to the carpark layout, we were unable to reverse out and had to get the security guard to help open the barrier and escort us to the exit. We tried calling the host several times, but there was no answer. We also sent messages, but the response was very slow. At that point, we were quite lost and had to seek help from the security guard. Thankfully, the guard was helpful and advised us to park at the visitor lot, then return to the lobby and go up to the unit from there. However, this meant we had to carry all our luggage from the visitor carpark lift to the main lobby lift, which was really inconvenient. After quite some time, the host finally replied, but only told us to park at the visitor lot without explaining the situation. When we asked why we were not given access to the residential carpark, they then informed us that the carpark access card was missing. This could have saved us a lot of trouble if it had been communicated earlier, instead of leaving guests confused and lost at the start of the stay. The next issue was the refund of the deposit. It took about 4 to 5 days for the deposit to be returned. We were told that it had been submitted to their finance team after check-out. However, we had to follow up on the third day as there was no update. Only then did they clarify the bank details with us and mentioned that there was an error, so they had to resubmit to the accounts team. If there was an issue with the initial submission, it should have been communicated to us earlier instead of leaving us waiting without any updates. To be honest, I hope this serves as a reminder for future guests to consider the above points before booking. We wouldn’t want others—especially families travelling with a car—to go through a similar experience during what is supposed to be a holiday.
