這是我在新山住過最喜歡的酒店！這次訂來是準備跨年倒數的，沒想過這個海景房是這麼正的！正正就看到跨年倒數，非常厲害的煙火，煙火就在你眼前落下，真的是一次很精彩很神奇的體驗！推薦！

I had a truly relaxing and refreshing stay at Fraser Puteri Harbour. Waking up to the gentle glow of the sunrise each morning was an absolute highlight — the views alone were worth it. The room was impressively spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a good night’s rest. The serene surroundings created a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to escape the rush and just relax. If you’re in need of a quiet retreat with comfort and beautiful natural moments, Fraser Puteri Harbour is a great choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It's about a 20-30min car ride away from checkpoint. When I stepped into the place to check-in at night, it looked really big and grand. Very peaceful location with nothing much around - good to chill and relax. Feels like the equivalent of sentosa cove area in SG. Room is big and generally well maintained. There's a few ants in the kitchenette so that part needs improvement. Bed is super comfy. Bfast buffet included. There's a variety of food but tastewise it's decent, some hit and misses. Gym is well-equipped, pool is partially sheltered and clean - so rain or shine it's all good. Our package comes with one time free lounge usage from 10am to 5pm but there was nothing much. I will not pay extra for it. There was no one manning the place. The small lounge area comes with coffee machine, a few snacks that went stale, and bottled fruit juice that tasted very artificial. Apart from above, all staffs we encountered were great and polite. Overall, great place to stay in, value-for-money.

大堂很氣派，房間維護的不太好，感覺有些老舊了。我住了三個晚上，2211 那個房間的空調聲音大的要命，無論怎麼調節風速，都那麼大聲音。上傳了帶聲音的視頻可以聽下，就像是有吹風筒在你耳邊響，太吵了。不知道其他房間是不是也一樣。景觀還可以，對面可以看到新加坡。夜景也好看的，有冰箱洗衣機很友好。洗手盆太淺了，洗臉時候水都會流到地上。等電梯時看向窗外，樓層窗戶好臟，很久沒有擦過了。樓下的摩託車有些吵。

2nd time here. Enjoyed my stay again. Room is clean adn big. And I e joyed using the washing machine to wash clothes. Go back home no need to wash. My booking came with lounge access. Nice view from the lounge. Only coke, Pepsi, juices and kopi drinks with simple crackers and biscuit. I was there but there was no staff. I walked in and just sat and drank. But because no staff, I see many greedy people walk in and take many cans of drinks. I lazy so didn't go gym or pool. Just sat in room and exercise on bed by watching TV. Breakfast downstairs is nice and spread is good. Fill my stomach and can sleep till late afternoon. Wake up ready for dinner.

It was not my first time staying here, but last time I would stay here. Wanted to have a great birthday staycation turn out unhappy and disappointed. Room shows that it is "SEA VIEW" only ¼ of the bed, or you need to angle yourself. If not, it is just facing directly the road and construction site The room is quite dusty and badly maintained, and the bathroom is worse with stain, and the toilet hook suddenly drops off without warning. There is a washing machine in the room but it is so disgusting 🤢 to even use it. Previously we choose this hotel because of the relaxed environment and less crowded previous experience was really good with clean room and good views.

Room was spacious and had good facilities. But, was a little disgusted at the armchair as there was a lot of stains (we all know what those stains probably are……) There’s a huge supermarket 5 mins away, but not too much food in the area.

Was greatly amazed by the layout of the room. The view from the balcony is magnificent.. room was spacious fully equipped with stove, washing machine, fridge.. bathtub was nicely cleaned up for usage.. very satisfied with the room.. if you are looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax. This should be the hotel for you.
