We only stayed one night but overall it wasn't a good experience. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are too soft to our liking. The shower area was clogged and spoilt our mood after a long day. we also had trouble figuring out how to choose hot/cold water mode for the water dispenser. the save grace is their customer service, who responded promptly to our feedbacks. hopefully they'll fix all the issues for the future customers.

Love our stay there! Absolutely love the room, so spacious, my kids love the bed with the slides. House was overall spotless clean, easy to follow self-check in procedure. The team was on to assist you if anything. Please book your stay there!
